1. Order preparation
Paid, accepted orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing begins after any required payment, eligibility, and address checks have been completed. Unusual order volumes, stock issues, or verification requirements may extend handling time; where practical we will communicate a material delay.
2. Delivery destinations and restrictions
Delivery destinations and shipping methods offered for a particular order are displayed at checkout. Some research materials may be restricted in certain countries, states, or regions. We reserve the right to decline shipments we cannot legally or safely fulfill, with an appropriate refund for amounts collected.
3. Shipping charges and estimated delivery
Shipping fees, available carrier services, and delivery estimates are calculated or presented during checkout. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed delivery appointments. Timing may vary due to the destination, carrier operations, local holidays, weather, customs review, or events outside reasonable control.
4. Tracking information
Where the selected service supports tracking, shipment details may be supplied by email or within the order record after dispatch. Tracking scans can take time to appear in a carrier system. You can also check the status of your order on our Order Tracking page using your order information.
5. Address accuracy
Customers should review the full shipping address, postal code, and contact information before placing an order. Contact jasleen.phull@gmail.com immediately to request a correction. Changes cannot always be made once the package has entered the carrier network. Additional charges caused by an inaccurate address may be payable where permitted by law.
6. International orders and customs
International shipments may be subject to import restrictions, customs inspections, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or documentation requirements. Unless explicitly included in the checkout total, any import charges legally payable by the recipient remain the recipient’s responsibility. Customers must ensure that orders comply with local import rules, without limiting the seller’s own legal obligations.
7. Delayed, missing, or damaged packages
If tracking appears stalled, shows delivery when you have not received the parcel, or the package is damaged, contact jasleen.phull@gmail.com with the order number and relevant details. We will review the carrier information and assist with a suitable investigation or remedy. Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to report incorrect and damaged items; mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
